• ENERGY STAR^® Partnership:  Our alliance with the ENERGY STAR program illustrates our commitment to energy efficiency. This program creates an energy profile that allows Wells to compare its portfolio to buildings across the country. Over 80% of our ENERGY STAR-rated buildings exceed the national average.
• USGBC^® Membership:  Wells demonstrates our commitment to sustainability with our membership in the U.S. Green Building Council, the nation's foremost coalition of leaders dedicated to transforming the way buildings are designed, built, and operated.
• LEED Certification:  We have acquired or developed twenty three LEED or Green Globes certified buildings.
