State-of-the-Art Systems

We offer Wells Direct, an online work order system that allows us to quickly place work order requests and track the status of those requests. The system is fully integrated with our accounting system to ensure that all activity and expenses are accurately documented.

Experienced Personnel

Our property managers average 20 years of industry experience, while our leadership team averages over 25 years of experience in managing commercial real estate. In just three years our leadership team established property management offices in 13 cities and hired more than 80 property management professionals. The majority of our managers hold at least one of the following industry designations: CCIM, LEED AP and Green Associate, CPM, FMA, RPA, and/or SMA, and are actively involved in industry associations.
