Wells' John Oliver Wins BOMA Atlanta's Highest Honor

Real Estate Veteran and BOMA Leader Honored with Huey Award

NORCROSS, Ga. (March 24, 2010) – John Oliver, managing director for national business development at Wells Real Estate Funds, has won the highest award of BOMA Atlanta for service to the real estate industry.

Oliver received the prestigious Huey Award from the Building Owners and Managers Association's local chapter. A BOMA Atlanta member for 20 years, he is a former president of the organization and currently serves as chair of BOMA International's National Advisory Council, an exclusive network of senior real estate professionals.

Oliver joined Wells in 2000. BOMA Atlanta, in presenting the award, said, ‘His career is a stellar example of how BOMA involvement gives back.’

The Huey Award is named for longtime BOMA Atlanta association executive Stewart M. Huey. It is presented to an individual who has ‘tirelessly given their time in service to BOMA.’
