Real Estate Forum Magazine Recognizes Wells Asset Management VP

NORCROSS, Ga. (Aug. 10, 2009) – Tina Renee McCall, vice president of asset management for Wells Real Estate Funds, has been recognized as one of the industry's rising stars by Real Estate Forum magazine.

McCall, is one of "Tomorrow's Newsmakers" profiled in the magazine's July/August issue on "Real Estate 2.0."

In five years at Wells, McCall, 33, has been responsible for leasing more than 2.5 million square feet of space. She helped negotiate Wells' 15-year lease with Westinghouse Electric Co. at its new state-of-the-art, 777,000-square-foot corporate campus in suburban Pittsburgh, as well as a 98,000-square-foot lease with DST in Birmingham, Ala., and 105,000 square feet with CIGNA in Pittsburgh.

McCall oversees nearly 20 office and industrial buildings with more than 5 million square feet as asset manager in Georgia, Alabama and Pennsylvania.
